Financial services recruiter Profusion Group has announced that it will merge with its recruitment partner, Iscope.
Iscope was formed as a joint venture with Profusion in 2006 to increase Profusion’s service offering.
Iscope managing director Craig Michilis will become a partner in the merged group and will lead a team offering permanent and contract recruitment in operations and customer service.
Profusion chief executive Rod Jones said “the new team would now be able to offer greater capability across a range of job groups under one established brand”.
Jones said he expected significant growth in the business following a recovery in hiring in financial services.
“The reality we’re seeing now is that as business picks up, and employers began hiring, they’ve found they’re suddenly no longer in a buyer’s market.
“We believe quality candidates are once again picking and choosing between employers,” Jones said.
