PremiumAccounting Group has boosted its member firm numbers to 19, following the signing of two new firms.
The two new member firms, Premium Financial Solutions, headed up by Bernie Klohk, and Clayton Financial Planners, headed up by John Clayton, maintain the accounting groups growth in acquisition numbers.
Klohk joins the Premium Accounting Group after leaving Partnership Planning, and brings with him two financial planners and a paraplanner. Klohk will join the accounting group under the new name for his practice, Premium Financial Solutions.
Clayton, who previously worked with Lonsdale and before that Count Wealth Accountants, brings with him a smaller staff of himself and a paraplanner.
Premium Accounting Group general manager Helen Bridgewood says while the adviser numbers of both Klohk and Clayton are small, both are bringing large client bases with them.
“[They will both bring] quite a substantial amount of funds under management with them to the group,” Bridgewood says.
Meanwhile, she says Premium’s hunt on the acquisition trail is not over, with the group “in discussions” with a number of potential members.
Premium Financial Solutions and Clayton Financial Planners now joins the growing member firm list which includes SWU Financial Planning, Gordon Hrnjak and Ray, and Sims Crawford and Elliott.
