Pinnacle has announced the retirement of executive director Adrian Whittingham after 15 years.
Whittingham had been a key member of the team, having joined as an equity partner when Pinnacle was an early-stage company in 2007. This focus was later on building and managing the firm’s retail distribution function.
He was now executive director and director of Coolabah Capital, Firetrail, Longwave and Spheria.
Prior to Pinnacle, he was head of retail sales at Schroder Investment Management.
He would retire as a director on 14 November and from his executive position on 31 December.
Pinnacle founder, Ian Macoun, said: “Adrian’s contribution to building Pinnacle into the strong, diversified business it is today is a credit to his tireless commitment to the Company, Pinnacle Affiliates, fund investors and his fellow shareholders and partners. At a personal level, I am enormously grateful for his friendship, partnership and support over more than 15 years. I will miss him greatly as a colleague”.
