The search to find a replacement for former head of Perpetual Private Clients Wayne Wilson has ended, with Andrew McKee stepping into the role.
In October last year, Wilson abandoned ship to travel around Australia with his wife. In Wilson’s absence, McKee stepped into the acting group executive role for PPC. He was formally appointed by the Perpetual board to group executive earlier this week.
Prior to his new role McKee was NSW regional manager, where he was responsible for building the business in NSW. McKee has experience in superannuation, actuarial, retail advisory and financial services distribution.
Earlier this week, Perpetual released its half year results for the six months to December 31, 2000, revealing that its Private Client division has added another $112 million to its portfolio management service, with total funds at $3.6 billion.
