Sunsuper has appointed two new members to its board.
The big Queensland-based fund announced that it had Theresa Moltoni and Professor Mark Harvey to the position of directors replacing outgoing Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland (CCIQ) appointed directors Rob Hutchinson and Paul Lahiff.
Moltoni brings more than 25 years’ experience in executive management, human resources and industrial relations to the role and is currently serving as president of CCIQ, non-executive director of Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and founder and managing director of industrial relations consultancy firm IRIQ.
Professor Harvey is currently the deputy vice chancellor, research and innovation at the University of Southern Queensland, vice president of the CCIQ and chair of CCIQ’s investment committee. He is also a board member of the Queensland Cyber Infrastructure Foundation.
Sunsuper chief executive officer, Scott Hartley welcomed both new directors to the board and said their experience across their respective fields would prove invaluable.
He said Moltoni would bring extensive human resources and business leadership experience to the organisation, as well as excellent business networks, while Professor Harvey brought investment expertise and experience in nurturing digitally enabled business models to the team.
