MyState has appointed Andrew Polson as general manager for wealth management.
Polson has 20 years of experience in financial services and was most recently ANZ’s global head of investment management and implementation for ANZ Global Wealth.
Prior to this he was chief executive and director of FSP Funds Management and director of FSP Equities Management, ANZ Private Bank and Trustees investments general manager. Polson has also held roles at IOOF and National Australia Bank.
Commenting, MyState’s managing director and chief executive, Melos Sulicich, said “It is a pleasure to welcome a senior executive of Andrew’s calibre to our executive team”.
“He is highly regarded in the wealth management industry for building business through strong leadership and innovative product strategies, and we believe he will make a significant contribution to our growth,” he said.
