Kathy Vincent has joined MLC as head of product, retail platforms.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading and developing the product offerings, features and services across MLC MasterKey and MLC Wrap.
"Kathy has 18 years experience in the financial services industry and I'm delighted that she is joining the team to spearhead the development of the products on our retail platform," MLC MasterKey general manager Dean Thomas said.
Before joining MLC, Vincent was co-head real alternatives at Macquarie Global Investments.
She previously held other roles at Macquarie within product strategy, marketing and development.
