Digital wealth management company Powerwrap is expanding its board with the appointment of ME Bank founding chief executive, Anthony Wamsteker as a non-executive director.
Wamsteker, who also holds a non-executive director position with Primary Securities Limited retired from the dual role of chief executive and managing director at Quay Credit Union, and previously held positions AXA and the National Mutual Funds Management in Melbourne.
Commenting on the appointment, Powerwrap chair Matthew Driscoll said,”Anthony Wamsteker is an experienced director, whose appointment has the support of a large number of shareholders.”
Wamsteker is also the founder of Supereverything and was the founding chief executive of ME Bank, where he held the position for nine years.
