Macquarie Adviser Services (MAS) has launched a new adviser website, which the company says is the first stage in the roll out of Macquarie’s integrated website for intermediaries, and was designed with the way they do business in mind.
The site had been developed in consultation with advisers, according to the head of Macquarie Adviser Services Tony Graham.
“This improvement to our website is in line with our aim to provide advisers with a high level of integration, choice, innovation and service and the MAS goal to be the leading provider of products and services to our intermediary clients,” he said.
“With new needs-based navigation and search functionality, the new website makes it easier and faster for advisers to find information and support on our products.”
The site was built with new technology that provides MAS with better reporting, provides information about how clients are using the web across all MAS businesses and highlights areas that still need improvements, according to Graham.
“We are actively seeking feedback from our clients on new additions and improvements to the site,” he said. “I encourage advisers to go into the new portal [at www.macquarie.com.au/advisers] and give us any comments they have about the improvements that have been made for them.”
Macquarie has also launched its new Personal Portal today for the information of direct and advised clients, the company said.
