Integrity Compliance would provide a range of Australian financial services licence (AFSL) compliance support to IOOF Alliances members, including access to Integrity’s own GRC software, as part of a new partnership.
IOOF Alliances, which offers a range of dealer support services to self-licensed advice businesses, said it conducted a recent survey which showed that self-licensed AFSLs were focussed on rigorous compliance and effectiveness in managing their compliance processes.
National manager of IOOF Alliances, Andy Marshall, said having access to this technology solution now provided members with “enormous robustness and certainty for their compliance processes”.
Integrity Compliance director Rhett Das said that in light of today’s regulatory environment, it was more important than ever to ensure an AFSL met 100 per cent of its obligations.
“The GRC software allows you to record, manage and potentially mitigate your risks through the combination of having visibility and access to your data, combined with efficient and repeatable business processes,” he said.
IOOF Alliances also said its members were currently trialling new advice software, while several initiatives around business growth strategies and technology were at various stages of deployment.
