Asset consultantIntech Financial Serviceshas announced the appointment of former Mercer Asia Pacific chairman and chief executive Bruce Cook as a director.
At the same time, the firm has announced the appointment of former Deutsche Bank senior staffer, Sandra Donnarumma as chief operating officer.
InTech chief executive Michael Monaghan says Cook’s appointment to the InTech Board will significantly strengthen the InTech team.
“Bruce’s entrepreneurial nature together with his remarkable insights will be a major asset to InTech,” he says.
Commenting on his appointment to the InTech Board, Cook says that after taking time out to travel and relax it is time to re-enter the business arena.
“I am delighted to be joining a dynamic organisation with such a focused team,” he says. “Their reputation is second to none and I am looking forward to assisting the Board in developing future business strategy.”
Monaghan also welcomed Donnarumma’s appointment. She joins InTech after being head of controlling for offshore emerging markets and global exchange services with Deutsche Bank in London.
