Honan Insurance Group has announced new senior appointments following a new brand launch and ahead of expected growth.
The firm appointed Blair McNamara as head of legal, and Sharan Uppal was internally promoted to chief client officer, as was Carly Blakiston to head of people and culture.
The new appointments followed the senior leadership restructure, whereby Damien Honan took on the role of group chief executive, and Andrew Fluitsma became chief executive of Australia and New Zealand.
Brad Tymmons was appointed to the Singapore-based role of chief executive, Asia, and would oversee the group’s operations in the region.
Fluitsma said there had been significant investment in internal infrastructure, improving processes and efficiency, that combined to facilitate the development, execution and adoption of strategy.
