Head of Macquarie Adviser Services Neil Roderick has taken on a new role as Macquarie Banking and Financial Services (BFS) group chief operating officer.
The group stated that the reason for the move was the significant growth and offshore expansion of Macquarie BFS. Roderick’s experience will be used to maximise the efficiency of Macquarie BFS businesses in all markets, which include the UK, India, Asia, New Zealand and North America.
Head of product and technology, Tony Graham, will take on Roderick’s former role.
Macquarie Private Wealth has also made two new appointments. Tom Lawton and Jamie Melville will take on the roles of head of wealth management in Queensland and Victoria respectively.
Lawton comes from Professional Investment Services where he held a number of senior management roles, while Melville is moving from Macquarie Relationship Banking.
