Accounting and advisorty firm, Grant Thornton Australia, is aiming to grow its advice business under new chief executive, Greg Keith. who will assume the position on 1 July.
With other 23 years’ experience at Grant Thornton, Keith has been a former board member and is currently the Sydney office managing partner, he also established a financial advisory practice in China.
Outgoing chief executive, Robert Quant, said that Keith would help the firm become growth advisors to mid-sized businesses set for further sustainable growth in revenue and profitability.
Commenting on the changing market conditions Keith said “The main structural challenges in our industry are centred on commoditisation, globalisation, and digitisation.”
“Our response to the rapidly changing landscape will be built around four key pillars: distinctive client service, growth orientation of our people, technology, and strength in our global network,” he said.
