The Financial Services Council (FSC) has decided to proceed with legal action against the Fair Work Commission's handling of its default funds review.
FSC chief executive John Brogden announced the decision to pursue the legal option today, saying the objective was to challenge the validity of the constitution of the FWC expert superannuation panel.
He said the FSC would be seeking an urgent hearing of the Federal Court and would be arguing the constitution of the expert panel was invalid.
