Franklin Templeton has received the fourth positive research rating for its multisector bond fund with SQM Research awarding it 4.5 starts and classifying it as ‘Outstanding’, following positive research reports from Zenith, Morningstar and Lonsec.
SQM Research said the fund — which has an unconstrained approach to global fixed income investing — had a strong key attributes in the depth and breadth of its resources, its investment team and a consistent, highly disciplined investment process.
The rating follows a ‘Recommended’ rating from Zenith for a fourth consecutive year, a ‘Silver’ rating by Morningstar’ and ‘Recommended’ rating by Lonsec and the recent inclusion on Colonial First State’s FirstChoice platform.
