Two new members have been appointed to the board of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).
Certified financial planners Angela Martyn and Jade Khao were appointed as new members and William Johns was elected for a second term.
Martyn was member of the Joint Association Working Group and had contributed to the FPA’s policy and regulations committee while Khao had been the FPA’s Sydney chapter chair since 2018.
The appointments followed the expiry of terms for Alison Henderson, David Sharpe and Johns although Sharpe would continue as an additional director and FPA chair.
Sharpe said: “On behalf of the FPA board, we are delighted that William will continue to serve on the board, and we’re also very pleased to welcome Angela and Jade. Each bring important skills and experience which will add to the depth of knowledge on the FPA board”.
