Iain Dunstan has resigned from his role as group chief executive of Bravura.
The company announced Dunstan’s resignation to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) this morning along with a range of other key changes including that of chairman, with non-executive Brian Mitchell replacing Neil Broekhuizen.
Dunstan’s departure from the company will see the group chief executive role fall to Simon Woodfull, who had previously been serving in the position alongside Dunstan.
The company did not state where Dunstan would be moving.
The announcement came ahead of Bravura announcing its results for the six months to the end of December, which reveal a tough half for the company with net profit after tax plummeting by more than 200 per cent, reflecting the impact of the global financial crisis.
