DomaCom chief executive, Arthur Naoumidis, has left the business while former Liberal leader, John Hewson, has been appointed as a non-executive chair.
In an announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), it said John Elkovich had been appointed as chief executive with immediate effect to replace Naoumidis, who founded DomaCom in 2011.
Angela Williams would also join the board as a director.
Former chairman, Grahame Evans, would remain on the board as non-executive deputy chairman.
The new board said it intended to promptly apply to relist the company and commence a fundraising period to “grow and scale the company substantially”.
Hewson said: “Arthur’s entrepreneurial skills in identifying and bringing a revolutionary new offering to the market demonstrates his innate capacity to pioneer in a marketplace which has lacked invention. We wish him well in his future endeavours.”
