CountPlus chief financial officer, John Collier, has resigned from the firm and will leave in November.
In an announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today, CountPlus chair, Ray Kellerman said: “I extend my thanks to John for his services to the company over the past two years. On behalf of the board we wish John well in his new endeavours.
“In the spirit of renewal for CountPlus, the board will seek a CFO that will lead our team through a period of business and cultural change and make a direct impact on outcomes and success,” Kellerman said.
The board will immediately commence an external search to fill the role.
