BNP Paribas Investment Partners (BNPP IP) has appointed David Kiddie as chief executive of its Institutional Business Line.
The asset manager announced the appointment this week, saying that Kiddie would begin his new role from 30 June, succeeding Philippe Marchessaux who had managed the Institutional Business Line in addition to his duties as chief executive of BNP Paribas IP.
It said Kiddie would be based in London and would report to Marchessaux.
Before joining BNP Paribas, Kiddie spent more than four years as chief investment officer at AMP Capital Investors, prior to which he was CIO at ABN AMRO Asset Management.
