Self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) administration software provider BGL Corporate Solutions (BGL) has moved to IRESS for supply of its managed fund price, dividend distribution and asset allocation data.
IRESS Managing Director, Andrew Walsh, said the data transfer and workflow required by BGL was specifically designed by IRESS to meet the needs of BGL.
"This is a reflection of the considerable time invested by both BGL and IRESS to seamless transition and the change management," Walsh said.
BGL’s decision to migrate was due to the capability, quality and service of IRESS, said BGL Managing Director Ron Lesh.
"We were impressed by IRESS’ commitment to meeting our requirements and believe this will give us the opportunity to provide superior quality additional data and services to clients," Lesh said.
IRESS FundData is used to power its market data desktop IRESS, as well as its advice platform XPLAN.
According to IRESS, FundData is the only Australian-orientated fund data collection and supply business operating in the Australian and New Zealand financial services industry.
