Specialist self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) provider BGL Corporate Solutions has entered into an arrangement that will see SMSF documentation from DBA Lawyers provided to clients.
BGL said the documentation would be provided via its Simple Fund 360 web SMSF administration solution.
It said BGL clients would be able to establish SMSFs and update existing SMSF deeds with DBA Lawyers.
"Clients will simply set up the fund details in Simple Fund 360, click a button and through fully automated web services, the fund deed and supporting documents will be returned and stored in Simple Fund 360," BGL managing director Ron Lesh said.
He said it represented the first automated SMSF document solution to be fully integrated with any SMSF administration software.
DBA Lawyers' Dan Butler said the alliance with BGL reflected the fact that the two companies had many mutual clients.
"The BGL Simple Fund 360 makes it easy to acquire our SMSF documents," he said. "Unlike many other suppliers, our expert SMSF lawyers review and sign off each SMSF deed."
