Business customers are more satisfied with their banks now than they have been in 12 months, according to a new survey that pegged St GeorgeBank ahead of the other big banks in terms of growing business customer satisfaction.
The news was not so good for ANZ, which increased the least among the four major banks with growth of less than 2 per cent, compared with Westpac’s business customer satisfaction, which grew more than 7 per cent over the last 12 months.
The survey, which was conducted by TNS, revealed that almost three-quarters of business banking customers were satisfied with their relationship with their main financial institution and that satisfaction levels had increased significantly, by an average 4.3 per cent compared to the same period last year.
