Australian Wealth Management Limited (AWM) has appointed Andrew Todd as its first chief information officer.
Todd’s primary role will be to “determine and deliver AWM’s IT strategy in a manner that allows it to simultaneously achieve its business goals”, according to managing director Chris Kelaher.
This includes “improving the utilisation of AWM’s existing IT systems, and where possible minimise duplication brought about by the merger in 2006 between AWM and Select Managed Funds Limited”, he said.
Todd was previously director, head of information technology — Pacific at Standard & Poor’s.
