Austock Group has appointed Joseph Youssef as head of private clients in its Sydney office.
Youssef was a corporate services manager at CMC Markets, Asia Pacific, responsible for managing existing relationships with banks, stockbrokers, financial planners, and other financial and business groups.
“Joe’s extensive experience in stockbroking plus his media experience will be an excellent addition [that will] strengthen Austock’s profile and drive our service delivery in Sydney,” said Tim Boyle, managing director of Austock Group.
Youssef has 16 years experience in stockbroking with Macquarie Bank, Bell Potter and AMP Asset Management, including time as a senior adviser for Macquarie.
He is a commentator on Channel 9, ABC, Bloomberg, and CNBC.
He is a graduate of Macquarie University and the Securities Institute of Australia.
