In a bid to increase its footprint in the financial service sector, financial services compliance provider Asian Pacific Advisory Group has moved to integrate with Guardian Royal Financial Services and Australian Agribusiness Network, which trade as Guardian Asia Pacific.
The transaction, announced this week, has been predicated on cross-selling opportunities and broadening client bases.
In announcing the move this week, the publicly-listed Asian Pacific Advisory Group said Guardian Asia Pacific provided services such as financial advice, loans and finance, taxation and accountancy services and share market services while also specialising in agribusiness and risk insurance.
It said all existing directors of Guardian Asia Pacific had agreed to enter into three-year employment agreements.
The acquisition is subject to shareholder approval in August.
