Aberdeen Asset Management has strengthened its Australian fixed income team with the appointment of Jasmin Argyrou and Maximillien Macmillan.
Argyrou joins the business as investment manager and has previous experience working at Schroders, BNP Paribas and UBS Global Asset Management.
Aberdeen head of Australian fixed income Victor Rodriguez said Argyrou would fit well with the investment philosophy of the firm and its approach to fixed income investing.
Taking on the role of assistant investment manager, Macmillan was most recently an intern with Aberdeen's London-based fixed income team. He also worked as an intern at JP Morgan and as an analyst with Crescendo Partners.
