Rowe leaves CountPlus
CountPlus has announced that it will not enter into a new employment agreement with its current chief executive and managing director, Matthew Rowe, who is contracted until 24 February.
The company said in the announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that current chief financial officer, Laurent Toussaint, had agreed to assume the role of interim CEO.
At the same time, the firm said there would be no other changes to its board, with Ray Kellerman remaining an independent non-executive chair and the company would shortly commence a search process to appoint a permanent CEO.
