Link in trading halt
Major publicly-listed superannuation administration company, Link has entered a trading halt on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) citing a pending announcement regarding “a potential change of control transaction”.
Link has been the subject of a bid by a private equity consortium led by Carlyle and Pacific Equity Partners.
Link’s announcement to the ASX sought a trading halt until it makes an announcement or until to the start of normal trading on Wednesday.
