JP Morgan appoints senior exec to Aussie distribution team
JP Morgan Asset Management has appointed Prema Basoor as executive director of the firm’s Melbourne-based institutional client adviser team.
Basoor would report to Rachel Farrell, CEO of Australia asset management, and would be responsible for deepening relationships with institutional clients through thought leadership and the delivery of tailored investment soltuions.
Basoor was previously a director in BlackRock’s Australian institutional team and has held various roles over her 18-year career, including with Fidelity Investments, State Street Global Advisers, ING Investment Management and Bankers Trust Funds Management.
