Netwealth launches innovation toolkit for advisers
Netwealth has launched a free, open-source innovation toolkit, providing wealth management businesses the materials and tools to facilitate innovation workshops in their workplaces.
The first release, the Customer Journey Map workshop, is a collaborative experience that puts employees in the shoes of clients through team activities.
Joint managing director, Matt Heine, said this toolkit would provide businesses with a framework to identify friction points in their customer experience and develop solutions to address them.
“One of the drivers for the toolkit is that we wanted businesses to stop talking about innovation and start implementing it,” he said.
