Cooper Investors global funds added to BT platforms
Cooper Investors has expanded its reach into the retail market, with its two global funds, Cooper Investors Global Equities Fund (Hedged) and Cooper Investors Global Equities Fund (Unhedged) being added to the BT Wrap, Asgard eWrap and BT Panorama platforms.
Additionally, the funds are also on the HUB24 and Powerwrap platforms, the company said.
According to Cooper, the unhedged fund, which turned out to be the more popular option, returned 26.51 per cent for the 12 months to 30 November, 2017 while over the past three years the fund showed an average annual return of 13.93 per cent.
Cooper’s senior retail sales manager, Andrew Hall said that the two funds had outperformed the index since being launched over a decade ago.
“Investment opportunities are identified by cooper Investors’ VoF research philosophy seen through the lens of a long-term investment horizon,” he said.
“The VoF investment approach is unique to Cooper Investors, standing for value latency, operating, industry and strategic trends, and focused industry and management behaviour.”
Also, both funds had been rated by Zenith Investment Partners and Lonsec.
