FIIG recruits former Wallaby, Mark Connors
Specialist fixed-income dealer, FIIG Securities, has appointed experienced financial services executive Mark Connors, as its state manager for Queensland.
It said Connors, who is joining FIIG from Wilson HTM Investment Group, would be responsible for overseeing all existing client groups and driving new client acquisition in Queensland.
Connors is a former Wallaby and is currently a non-executive director of Queensland Rugby Union and a former non-executive director of the Australian Rugby Union.
FIIG Securities chief executive, Mark Paton, said Connors would be a strong addition to lead the Queensland team as the company continued to grow the FIIG business in Queensland.
