Paul Fiani’s boutique funds management firm, Integrity Investment Management, has recruited a new portfolio manager, with Michael Murray joining from AMP.

Murray has been with AMP for nearly nine years, where he was a senior portfolio manager on the sustainable alpha team. Fiani said his association with Murray goes back to their work together at UBS Brinson, now know as UBS Global Asset Management.

Fiani described Murray as an “astute and experienced investor”, adding that Murray would assume coverage of the basic materials sectors as well as being actively involved in the management of all Integrity Australian share portfolios.

Murray will join Integrity on March 15.
