RGAA makes internal BD appointment


RGA Reinsurance Company of Australia (RGAA) has today announced the internal appointment of life insurance industry veteran, Alissa Holz, as head of business development for Australia and New Zealand.
“Alissa’s focus on understanding specific client needs and developing customised solutions has led to significant and sustained growth in our Asia business,” Mark Stewart, RGAA managing director, said. “In her new role, she will provide valuable insight and expertise to RGAA as we continue to grow our business in the region.”
Holz had been at RGAA since 2006, holding senior roles in the Australian and Asian regional teams such as senior vice president, chief pricing actuary Asian markets, in which she led the traditional pricing function for the firm’s Asian operations.
