Wealth management consulting and tech firm, QMV, has appointed Wendy Colaço as principal consultant following an expansion into the Sydney market late last year.

With previous roles in consulting at Amicus, TAL Life, FINEOS, ING and American Express, Colaço would bring over 20 years’ experience in financial services to her new role.

QMV managing director, Mark Vaughan, said the appointment came at a period of significant change and growth in the business as it continues to expand its focus to include the insurance and banking industries.

“Wendy has worked in a diverse range of roles across Australia and abroad and has extensive leadership, insurance and management consulting experience,” he said. “Her breadth and depth of experience make her a good fit for the QMV team.”
