Profile Financial Services appoints CEO
Boutique financial and investment strategy firm Profile Financial Services has promoted Lena Ridley to chief executive, replacing chair Peter Coleman.
Coleman would step down from the role of interim CEO on 30 September, 2021, but remain as chair, and Ridley would take over from the start of October.
Ridley had over 22 years in the wealth advice industry and joined Profile in March 2018 as head of operations and was promoted to general manager in November 2019.
Phillip Win, managing director, said the board was confident Ridley would continue to drive the firm’s growth ambitions as she stepped into the new role.
“Lena is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable and very client-orientated, all strong attributes which we are confident will enable her to guide and lead the business well,” Ridley said.
“We are also extremely grateful for Peter’s stewardship over the past two years as both chair and CEO.
“We thank Peter for stepping up and guiding the business in very difficult and unprecedented times of economic, social and financial uncertainty.”
