Prime appoints CFO, company secretary
Prime Financial Group has appointed Rory McLaughlin and Ben Priestly as joint chief financial officers and reappointed its company secretary, Dales Gaskell-Kharsas, to the role.
McLaughlin, who is currently Prime’s group financial controller, and Priestley, who is head of finance at the firm, are both chartered accountants with over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
Priestley previously worked for large corporate firms in commercial finance roles, and McLaughlin previously held a senior finance role in an APRA-regulated insurance firm, and has financial reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance experience.
The new CFOs would replace Simon Munday, who recently departed Prime.
Gaskell-Kharsas previously served as Prime’s company secretary from November 2015 to December 2017, and would assume the role again today.
