Praemium appoints new non-executive director
Financial service technology provider Praemium has appointed a former defence department executive, Claire Willette to its board.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) this week that Willette had been appointed as a non-executive director and brought with her a wealth of experience as a senior management executive in the US Department of Defense, the Australian Department of Defence and in the private sector.
Willette is also a former board member of the Australian Risk Policy Institute and a Senior Expert Advisor to the International Standards Committee in the areas of Risk, Resilience and Business Continuity.
