Integrity Life bolsters group, retail distribution teams
Integrity Life has strengthened its group and retail distribution teams with five new senior hires.
Liz Dzelmanis and Amie Pachos joined Integrity’s Sydney distribution team as business development managers, and would play a key role in establishing relationships with advisers.
Dzelmanis had over 15 years’ experience in the insurance and superannuation industries, and would join from ANZ OnePath, while Pachos would join from her role as BDM with CommInsure and senior roles with AMP.
Voula Makris and Alicia Faour joined Integrity’s Melbourne distribution team earlier this month, reporting to Tom Cincotta, who was hired earlier this year as regional distribution manager for Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia.
Makris had over 25 years’ experience in financial services and would join after 13 years with CommInsure, and Faour would join from ANZ OnePath.
Josh Lawrence would join Integrity’s group business as a national BDM from his role as senior BDM with AIA, and prior to that, TAL.
Integrity Life’s managing director, Chris Powell, said the frim discussed the importance of culture and getting the right people on the team when Integrity was launched to the retail market last month.
“Great corporate culture is based on doing the right thing by employees, customers and stakeholders and this starts with hiring the right people who are aligned with Integrity's corporate values,” he said.
