Folkestone expands real estate team
Folkestone Maxim Asset Management has appointed Jonathan Kriska as portfolio manager of the A-REIT securities team.
Kriska joined the team from Petra Capital, where he was a corporate adviser and investment analyst, specialising in A-REIT securities.
Managing director, Winston Sammut, said Kriska, who had over 20 years’ experience, would ensure Folkestone’s research efforts continued to translate into strong investment decisions to drive outperformance for clients.
“With our growing funds under management, it is important we add to the experienced team managing our A-REIT securities funds and mandates,” he said.
