Countplus COO joins AZ NGA
Professional services company AZ Next Generation Advisory (AZ NGA) has recruited Countplus chief operating officer, Graham McGeagh, to help drive its expansion plans from early 2022.
His new role would include overseeing the delivery of the firm’s offer and service proposition to member firms, drive business transformation initiatives and help execute the group’s vision and strategy.
McGeagh, who also served as a director of 11 Countplus-owned professional services firms, would report to the group’s chief executive, Paul Barrett.
Prior to joining Copuntplus in 2018, McGeagh was chief executive of Benson Radiology and chief executive of Finlayson Lawyers.
Barrett said the appointment reflected AZ NGA’s growth over the past six years as the company managed to complete 99 transactions and build a network of accounting and financial advisory small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with annual revenues of over $120 million.
“We are at a critical stage in our journey and we are focused on assisting our member firms to realise their growth ambitions on our mission to become one of Australia’s pre-eminent professional services,” he said.
