Clime IM appoints new head of distribution

Clime Investment Management has announced the appointment of Stephen Karrasch as its new head of distribution.

He joined from OneVue where he held positions as head of group sales and head of distribution for platform services for a combined period of 10 years.

Prior to this, Karrasch worked at Philo Capital Advisers and Macquarie Bank where he served as head of sales and head of distribution.

“We are pleased to have Stephen join our team and his expertise will add significant value to our customers and partners, leveraging the strength of Clime’s traditional wholesale business and outstanding investment performance track-record,” Clime’s chief executive, Rob Bristow, said.

Clime offered a number of investment solutions to financial advisers which included the Clime Smaller Companies Fund, Clime CBG Australian Equities Fund, Clime International Retail Fund, and Clime Australian Income Fund. The returns of the Clime International Retail Fund compared to its benchmark since inception were shown in the chart below.
