BGL partners on conversion of banks statements
Self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF) administration developer, BGL Corporate Solutions, has entered into a partnership with Queensland-based company, Jet Convert, to deliver BGL clients a simple process for converting paper bank statements to electronic data.
The partnership was confirmed by BGL managing director, Ron Lesh who said BGL clients would now be able to fill the bank data feed gap by converting PDF bank statements to upload-ready file.
He said Jet Convert had developed an automated process to convert bank statement PDF's to CSV data confirming account balances and where necessary, manually ensuing the quality of data with the result that BGL clients would receive clean files with only relevant transactions within three business days.
Lesh said he believed the service would save clients hundreds of hours of manual processing.
