AMP Limited makes new appointment
AMP Limited has announced the appointment of Marissa Bendyk as general counsel, corporate and governance and group company secretary, taking over the role held by David Cullen.
Bendyk’s previous experience included expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law.
Before joining AMP, Bendyk worked for APA Group, and King and Wood Mallesons.
