Abernethy resigns as Clime IM MD
Clime Investment Management managing director, John Abernethy has resigned his position, effective from 31 December, this year.
Former Infocus chief executive, Rod Bristow has been appointed chief executive of the company.
The company has announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that Abernethy will continue as a director of the company and chairman of Clime Capital Limited.
The statement quoted Abernethy as stated that after 25 years of leading Clime Group he believed it was time for him to reflect on and enjoy his achievements over the period.
“My focus will now be on making sure we have a smooth transition to our new chief executive, Rod Bristow,” he said.
