Rantall gets top job at Godfrey Pembroke
Godfrey Pembrokewill have a new managing director for the new year, with National’s wealth management division appointing Mark Rantall to the vacant position.
Rantall will replace Adrian Hondros, recently appointed general manager ofNational Australia Financial Planning(NAFP).
The position filled by Hondros at NAFP was vacated by Craig Bacon, who moved to take up a strategic position across both theMLCand NAB financial planning distribution channels.
A number of candidates, both internal and external, were assessed to replace Hondros at Godfrey Pembroke.
Rantall, the new managing director, has most recently been residing over Stockford’s wealth management business as general manager of financial services.
The role saw Rantall engage in building stronger links between accounting and financial planning groups while pioneering the “aggregator” business model within the financial services industry.
Rantall was also employed with Sealcorp for eight years in both national sales and general management roles, where he acquired his background in developing adviser businesses and managing dealerships.
