Perpetual appoints research relationships head
Perpetual Investments has recruited State Street Global Advisors staffer, George Moromalos as its new head of Research and Consultant Relationships.
The company announced today that Moromalos would be joining Perpetual Investments on Monday 22 September and was moving to the role after seven years at State Street Global Advisors as Vice President, Manager Business Development.
The announcement said that as head of Research and Consultant Relationships, Moromalos would work closely with research houses to manage Perpetual Investments’ fund ratings as well as engaging with asset consultants on the inclusion of Perpetual Investments’ funds in their model and implemented portfolios.
Commenting on the appointment, Perpetual Investments general manager, Distribution, Dean Winterton, said he believed Moromalos’ experience would add to the strength of Perpetual Investments’ offering.
