Melbourne FASEA October exam moves to remote only
The Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) will provide remote October exam sittings in Melbourne, as physical locations will be unavailable due to the current stay at home restrictions.
Advisers who had registered for a physical location in Melbourne had the option to sit online or defer to a later sitting, due to the re-imposition of Stage 4 stay at home restrictions.
The Bendigo exam location would continue to be offered to advisers in regional Victoria.
Exam administrator, the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), would contact registered candidates to explain their options to sit the exam.
ACER requested candidates ensured their email addresses were up to date in the registration system to help ensure they were contacted.
FASEA said it would continue to monitor the situation and act upon the advice of Federal and State Governments.
